Agreement: By requesting assignment or task assistance, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

Payment: Payment is due upon agreement of the assistance service. Failure to make payment may result in the cancellation of the assistance request. Payments are to be made via the methods specified during the agreement process. For long-term projects, a deposit may be required with the balance due upon completion.

Responsiveness: We will make every effort to respond promptly to your assistance request. However, response times may vary depending on the volume of requests received. We strive to acknowledge all requests within 24 hours and provide a clear timeline for completion.

Quality of Assistance: While we strive to provide accurate and helpful assistance, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or grades. However, we do guarantee a minimum pass mark of 70% for the assignments we complete. Our goal is to support your learning and help you achieve the best possible results. Feedback and revisions are welcome within the scope of the original request.

Confidentiality: Your privacy is important to us. Any information shared during the assistance process will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. We use secure systems to protect your data and ensure confidentiality.

Cancellation: If you need to cancel your assistance request, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after payment may be subject to a cancellation fee based on the amount of work completed. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the agreed start time, a higher fee may apply.

Refunds: Refunds may be provided in accordance with our refund policy. Please refer to our refund policy for more information. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the request being approved. Refunds are typically not provided for services already rendered unless there is a valid reason such as non-compliance with the agreed terms.

Revisions and Adjustments: We offer one free revision for each assignment to ensure satisfaction with our services. Additional revisions may incur extra charges depending on the extent of changes required. Revision requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the completed assignment.

For assignments that are divided into parts or sections by the school, or for assignments requiring frequent improvements, a nominal fee will be charged for each additional session or significant revision. This ensures that the time and effort invested are adequately compensated.

The fee for these additional sessions or significant revisions will depend on urgency, complexity, and length, and will scale between R50 - R300.

Limitations of Service: Our assistance is intended to support your learning. It is your responsibility to use the provided assistance ethically and within the guidelines of your educational institution. We are not responsible for any academic misconduct resulting from the misuse of our services.

Communication: Effective communication is crucial for timely and accurate assistance. Please provide all necessary details and materials when making a request. Regular updates will be provided, and we encourage open communication to address any concerns promptly.

Liability: While we strive to provide high-quality assistance, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claims related to our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for those services.

Modification: We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance. Continued use of our services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
