Online Tutoring Sessions

At Vincent Private Tutor, we offer flexible and convenient online tutoring sessions to cater to the needs of students who prefer or require remote learning. Our online tutoring sessions provide the same high-quality support as in-person sessions, with the added convenience of learning from anywhere.

Fee Structure

Hourly Rates:

• 1 Hour Session: R100

• 2 Hour Session: R200

Package Rates:

• 1 Month Session: R1,000 (Includes four 1-2-hour sessions per week)

• Multi-Subject Tutoring: Students may be tutored in more than one subject during a session without incurring additional fees.

How It Works

1. Scheduling: Online sessions must be scheduled in advance. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate different time zones and student availability.

2. Platform: Our online sessions are conducted through a reliable video conferencing platform, ensuring clear communication and interactive learning.

3. Materials: Students are encouraged to share any relevant materials or assignments ahead of the session to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the tutoring.

Terms and Conditions

• Scheduling: Sessions must be scheduled in advance, and any changes should be communicated at least 24 hours prior to the session.

• Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may result in a cancellation fee.

• Packages: Package sessions (1 month) are designed for regular, ongoing support. Unused sessions within a package period do not roll over to the next period.
